TrackProject is the most intuitive and easy to use app for recording your timesheet or daily activities. If you work on several project tasks and you need to report the time for each one - TrackProject is your app. To record the time you spend on a project task all you need to do is tap on it in the Time screen. This will set a check mark for the project task. When you switch to working on a different project task, just tap on it - the clock for the previous task will be stopped and the clock for the new one will be started. When you are done working just tap on the current task and that will stop the clock.
If you need to know where the task was started or stopped you can use the GPS to record your location. Just tap on the button in the Time screen to switch between ‘Using Location’* and ‘Location OFF’. A switch for the default behavior of the Location service is available in the settings.
When you are ready to summarize or report your time go to the Reports screen and choose the Report Type and the Term and an email will be composed. At this point all you need to do is select any additional email recipients or just tap send and the Report will be on its way to the default recipient that was defined in the settings.
If you have forgotten to turn off or on the timer you have the option to edit the event (start or stop on a project task) in the Manage Data - Edit Times screen. Just mind that the events are restricted by their adjacent events.
You can use TrackProject to clock any number and type of activities you want to know how much time you have spent on them. You can keep track of activities ranging from exercise, watching TV, house chores, hobbies etc. to commute time (do not use while driving!) and business activities effectively recording your timesheets.
* - Location may not be available indoors, thus the latest available location of the GPS will be recorded.
